SHIPPING POLICY

Our standard worldwide shipping time is approximately 4–8 business days depending on your location.

During limited drops and high-volume releases, some orders may require additional processing time due to increased demand. If delays occur, it is only because every order is carefully prepared and shipped in the exact order it was received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional carrier fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control.

If customs fees are refused and the package is returned to us, shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping fees may apply.
