RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased from Coldcomic must be returned in original, unused condition and free from stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear that would prevent the item from being sold as new.
All returns must include the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories or materials.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For both returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

LIMITED DROPS & SALE ITEMS
This policy applies to limited drops, exclusive releases, and discounted items.
For these products, we only offer:
- Size exchanges (if the requested size is available)
- Store credit refunds
We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method for limited drop items or sale products.
Customers remain responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges or returns.
Due to our business model focused on limited releases and low-restock collections, all drop items are produced in limited quantities.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unpaid customs/import fees, the customer must pay the shipping cost for the package to be sent again.
